Duality to Nonduality;
Maya Hypnosis provides Help and Support in the Journey of Nondual Spiritual Awakening
Duality points to having two parts, with opposite meanings e.g. the duality of fear and fearlessness, light and dark. If there are two sides of a coin, there is duality. We live in a world created by thought, words, language, concepts; a dualistic world of apparent opposites. But, do opposites actually exist?
Through suffering we become the journey. Life brings difficult circumstances, to wake us up out of our unconsciousness.
In the Dualistic World, we all live with an image of who we think we are. Ask; 'Who are you?' and vast majority will reply with a story about their role or part in life’s play about the past and future. They’ll tell you a story, nothing about who they are in this moment. We are living with a thought-created story about ourselves. A story within the story is incomplete and forever moving towards a future completion. This incomplete self wants to stand out against other selves and complete itself. It wants to be some-thing, not-nothing. It simply, does not want to just BE. We experience ourselves as not whole/broken in some way, so we attempt to move away from the moment, the suffering then becomes the movement; Sorrow, anger, anxiety, fear are expressions of incompleteness and threats to completeness. We don’t see the completeness in these so-called ‘negative’ waves, so we try to escape them and it is this movement ‘away from’ which creates the suffering, then we create stories and identities around this suffering. Suffering is the greatest teacher, we often don’t see this because we don’t realise what it is and we are always doing things to avoid it, deny it or numb it. Suffering is an opportunity, an invitation to discover completeness in what you are running away from. Look deeper. Perhaps these images of yourself are not who you truly are? All images conflict with life as it is, no image can match this moment. This moment is the fire that burns up all images. Any image that says what’s appearing shouldn’t be appearing is a false image.
What you are is not an image. You are not the things that come and go, you are as the ocean, inseparable from the waves, intimate with all that appears to be separate. The ocean is the waves. Everything in present experience appears is a wave. You are not the thoughts, sensations, images, but as the open space in which all of these appear and disappear. Who you truly are does not come and go. Wholeness, Oneness, Consciousness is not a thing – it is everything that appears and, ultimately cannot be understood by the mind, thought or captured. You SEE IT for yourself within your own present experience (a way in, a way out). You ARE what you seek. You are NOT the seeker, YOU ARE the JOURNEY, broken or incomplete. When thought appears in space, immediately a world of opposites appears. All opposites depend on each other, they arise and fall together and open space holds all. The personal life story is just something that is appearing and disappearing in the open space that you are. YOU appear and disappear in YOU.
Coming out of the person hypnosis; facing Shadow Self to Witness True Self
Nondual Spiritual Awakening goes beyond all mind-made opposites, to see what is being spoken of, we go beyond our ordinary way of thinking and seeing. Through the process of Nondual Awakening , we discover both a transcendent Divinity and a Divinity in our everyday lives. Yet, there is no consciousness without pain. As this awakening journey unfolds, we are met by our humanity, the shadow aspects of self, and the shadow aspects of Awakening. This Journey is of total Surrender to a much greater movement that we could ever imagine.
Based on Jungian Therapy and Jung’s Analysis, Maya Hypnosis is an intensive, thorough psychological therapy which illuminates the dark areas of psyche (The Shadow Self) and favours self-realisation, designed to unite the conscious with unconscious and shape true self. The deeper we go the simpler it gets, as we see and work with the conscious and unconscious as a whole. This psychotherapeutic approach is based on self-awareness, transformation and actualisation, you become sight in the darkest and most inaccessible part of psyche in order to transform it.
After the recognition of nonduality follows the process of integrating awakening into every moment of experience.
Awakening is always non-dual. Awakening in duality is like a dream within a dream. The un-awakened will see awakened as different and awakened will have no interest in what others are doing. Awakening is like finding the whole universe within and you should not be surprised if they stay away from people who cannot understand this. Psychology is mind and mind is dual. Healthy and unhealthy is wordily mind, those who have gone beyond mind doesn't believe in either of them. For them they have known both.
Nondual awakening is just a deep realisation that all notions of separateness are illusory in the absolute sense. Nonduality points to life as it is right ‘now’, before appearance of concepts and labels, the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought. We experience selves as separate individuals but take on a new set of concepts and live with a new image of selves beyond all images. Here, we are focused on the seeing of nonduality. We can't see if we think with our heads. The absolute closest intimacy is when all that is you becomes everything experienced in the moment. Moment by moment the new now is reborn and dying, nothing is left in the past, nothing is seen in the future.
Having a threshold-crossing moment of recognition is only the beginning, and it is ultimately nothing special, just another experience arising in consciousness that immediately fades into memory. All experience is inherently nondual, so even a seemingly mystical moment of recognition is no more nondual, wondrous, or ineffable than taking out the rubbish or brushing your teeth. The division between mystical experience and ordinary experience is yet another dualistic construction within originally undifferentiated consciousness. All becomes the norm.
When you look inside and see you are nothing this is wisdom, when you look outside and see you are everything that is love. And life flows between the two (Nisargadatta).
Come back to present experience, and rediscover the ocean. Recognising nonduality is not the end, but the new beginning of a more honest and intimate embrace of life in all its madness and messiness. This embrace includes learning to deepen maturity, letting go of defensive and controlling patterns, acting with moment by moment wisdom and compassion in our dynamic world. Awakening does not necessarily support social isolation. It does not minimize the importance of interpersonal relationships. As one reaches higher perspectives, the need for relationships lessons. The need for emotional support dissolves. Self-reliance is all that is required.
Nondual Awakening points to life as it is, back to what you truly are.
What am I? After we peel back the layers of the person hypnosis and if we stop thinking and speculating and simply look back at oneself, we notice from one’s own point of view one is headless, looking not out of two eyes but a ‘single eye’, a boundless openness – an openness that’s self-evidently aware, and full of the whole world/Universe. Here is direct experience of one’s central identity, The True Self.
“The best day of my life – my rebirthday, so to speak – was when I found I had no head” (Douglas Harding).
When we stop thinking; Reason and imagination and all mental chatter dies down, words fail and all me or mine dis-appears. Past and future drops away. As if born at that instant, brand new, mindless, innocent of all memories. There exists only the Now, the present moment and what is clearly given in it. To LOOK, SEE is enough. What do you have Now, that can’t be taken away?
The true seer perceives his soul as the silent witness. "This Self is never born nor does it ever perish; nor having come into existence will it again cease to be. It is birthless, eternal, changeless, ever-same (unaffected by the usual processes associated with time). It is not slain when the body is killed" - (The Bhagavad Gita 11:20). When you know yourself as soul you find the true SOURCE within you. I am not the breath; I am not the body, neither bones nor flesh. I am not the mind or feeling. I am That which is behind the breath, body, mind, and feeling. When you go beyond the consciousness of this world, knowing that you are not the body or the mind, and yet aware as never before that you exist—that divine consciousness is what you are.
